I am a registered Somatic therapist and currently training as a Lacanian psychoanalyst. I work with people in an open, effective and compassionate way.
I am interested in the relationship between the body and language, to acquire a deeper understanding of the unconscious impulses, drives and desires that can shape our lives.
By focusing on bodily sensation - what the body feels, perceives and expresses, we can receive much more direct information about our current state, relationship to our environment, our feelings, needs and desires. This begins to develop a stronger sense of self knowledge, understanding, and agency, to create what it is that we truely want in our lives.
I believe that as we begin to turn towards our body, and ourselves with curiosity and compassion, we can discover, maintain, and shape our experience.
